THIS CAR WAS STOLEN NEAR NEW HAVEN CT. IN 1973. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER FROM THAT TIME.
It was purchased at auction by a cousin in 1977 and resold to my older brother. I worked at this scrapyard and sat in it when I was 15 years old. I said to myself; I will own this car. Unfortunately my brother was killed on a motorcycle in 1983 and I got this car. I have a receipt for $270. It has the original motor and trans. It was in storage until 2022. I put it together piece by piece using 1969 parts. With help from a few friends we were able to get it done by June 2023. I collected original parts over a long period of time. In 2022 it was time to get it roadworthy.
